Selfbuffing is used to do selfbuffing on your character. This can also be used to do push ups so your RM will trigger the buffing you have set up in the Buffbot. ONLY use Selfbuffing for your character and not anything else such as Ftool. Selfbuffing will synchronize with the Levelbot. You can add additional waiting time as well from the Key to add List. This is commonly used after the push up motion so your character will wait for some seconds to let the RM finish the buffing.
