How to correctly install Anubis

Step 1)

• Create a folder on C:\ Drive. For example C:\Anubis Do not use any other Drive and do not install it on the Desktop

• Make sure the Flyff Folder is also installed on C:\ Drive Do not use any other Drive and do not install it on the Desktop

Step 2)

• Add the Anubis Folder as Exclusion to Windows Defender. How to ?

• Add the Flyff Folder as Exclusion to Windows Defender. How to ?

We do not support any third party antivirus solutions. Best is to uninstall them and use Windows Defender

Step 3)

• Download VC Redist AIO Package: https://flyffbot.net/Visual-C-Runtimes-All-in-One-May-2021.rar

• Download Anubis Installer: https://flyffbot.net/dl/AnubisInstaller.exe

You might need to turn off Virus Protection on Chrome if you can not download the Installer: https://support.google.com/chrome/thread/171131461/how-can-i-turn-off-virus-protection-on-chrome?hl=en

ℹ️ Additional Information ℹ️

Why can it be shown as virus? Anubis does manipulate running processes (The game itself) wich is recognized by your antivirus. Usually this it not a behaviour you want a program to do unless you want exactly this to automate your game.

This is a so called "False Positive"

Step 4)

• Extract the VC Redist AIO with WinRar or 7Zip into a new Folder

• Run install_all.bat as Administrator (Right click -> Run as Administrator)

• Run AnubisInstaller.exe and install it to the folder you have created in Step 1

Step 5)

You can not start via the Launcher. You will be granted with:

Now you have one day of trial. After that day of trial you will be requested to enter your Serial key. This one can be found in your Email. Search for "Payhip". Make sure you check the Spam folder as well.
